This delicious Meat Roulette with sausages, cherry tomatoes, and pasta is an incredible recipe. You don’t need any fancy ingredients whatsoever.

It is budget-friendly and you can feed a whole family with it.
Serving this roulette with different sauces on the side will give it an extra special look and festivity.
You may substitute sausages with mushrooms or hard-boiled eggs if you want, or, in fact, any other stuffing that you like.
Another alternative to pasta is buckwheat or rice. You will only need to cook the rice beforehand and then use it when it is completely chilled.
*Note: If you use warm pasta or rice or any porridge, as a result, your beef mince will start cooking and become crumbly. The roulette will start breaking and will lose its look when you take it out from the oven.
What kind of sauce can I use?
You can use any tomato sauce or even ketchup.

I used two sauces in this recipe.
The first sauce is tomato spicy sauce and the other sauce combines cream and Parmesan (Parmigiano) cheese. But your favorite BBQ sauce will work great, too.
What if I don’t have any sauce?
You will be surprised but you can serve this roulette without any sauce. Serve it with a fresh tomato cucumber salad or mashed potatoes on the side. Alternatively, you can enjoy this dish by itself.
How many people does this Meat Roulette serve?
You may serve this recipe for 4 to 6 people. If you double the recipe, you will feed up to 10 people.

How to make Meat Roulette
Step 1. Gather Ingredients 2 minPlace all ingredients on a table. Weigh the beef mince. This recipe requires around 21 ounces (or 600 grams). |
Step 2. Prepare Mince 3 minPrepare the beef mince, add salt and pepper, and mix nicely. Spread the mince on a wet kitchen towel or foil. Level it with a knife or wooden rolling pin so that you get an even layer of up to 0.5 inch (1 cm) in height. |
Step 3. Prepare Pasta 3 minCook pasta according to the package instructions. For example, I use fresh pasta that only requires 3 minutes to cook. Then, drain and chill the pasta completely. |
Step 4. Make Stuffing 3 minPlace cooked and chilled pasta in the middle of the meat roulette along its length. Add 4 sausages. Then connect the edges of the meat roulette. |
Step 5. Grease Skillet 1 minGrease the skillet with butter. |
Step 6. Transfer Meat Roulette 3 minTransfer the meat roulette to a tray or an oven-proof pan. Carefully remove the ready meat roulette from the foil and place the seam-side down on the greased skillet and grease the roll with a beaten egg on top. |
Step 7. Add Toppings & Bake 45 minSprinkle with breadcrumbs and mozzarella cheese on top, and make a few punctures with a fork. Cover the skillet with the foil, and bake the meat roulette in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 375°F (185-190°C). |
Step 8. Make White Sauce 3 minHeat cream and cheese. Whisk together, then add salt and pepper to taste. |
Step 9. ServeCut the baked roulette into portions, and serve it with red and white sauces. Your Meat Roulette is ready. Enjoy! |
